Lower Mountain Trailhead

Consider this as a moderate hike about 4.5 miles.
We start at the Lower Mountain Trailhead - the first parking lot after the turn into the old visitor center.

Route:
Start(parking) -> Jackfort -> Upheaval -> Upper stick -> Lower stick -> Coachwhip (counter clockwise) -> End (parking)
