11:00 - Tea & Introductions
11:15 - Opening and keynote : Dinesh Deva, Vice President Engineering, Myntra
11:30 - How to use Linkerd for setting up a parallel NFR environment for load testing: Suraj, Architect, Myntra
In this session, Suraj Rajan will talk about how Myntra implemented its Vertical Load Testing (VLT) environment to certify over 70 microservices for peak sale traffic in just three days. He will dive into the architecture behind creating a parallel load test environment for internal services and how his team leveraged Linkerd routing to orchestrate high-scale throughput without impacting existing production traffic, minimizing overhead on engineering teams.
Suraj Rajan is an Associate Architect at Myntra with a decade of experience building and scaling high-performance e-commerce systems. Over the last 10 years, he has been a key architect behind Myntra’s core supply chain inbound infrastructure, pricing engines, and coupon systems. Most recently, he has been at the forefront of integrating Generative AI into the Myntra ecosystem. Suraj is known for solving complex distributed systems challenges and ensuring the platform remains resilient during India’s largest fashion sales.
12:15 - AI-assisted development to AI native operating models : Srix Sriramkumar , Consultant
In the talk Srix will take us through how software engineering teams are evolving from AI-assisted development to AI-native operating models. While most organizations use tools like Copilot to accelerate coding, the real transformation comes from redesigning workflows around autonomous agents that can plan, implement, test, and iterate on features. The session will share emerging patterns from real-world experiments with agentic SDLC, and how roles, review loops, and engineering practices evolve when AI becomes an active collaborator in the development process.
Srix Sriramkumar works with CEOs and CTOs to design AI-first engineering teams by rethinking roles, workflows, and operating models rather than simply layering AI tools onto existing Agile processes. Over the last 20+ years, he has built and scaled software systems across telecom, video analytics, and low-code platforms, co-founded startups, and led complex engineering initiatives as a Senior Principal Engineer. His work has resulted in international patents and recognition from Stanford GSB, Qualcomm, and NASSCOM.

1:00 - Lunch
2:00 - BBQ in Elastic for efficiency and performance : Arkadip Basu , Principal Engineer at a Fintech Enterprise
In the context of technology, BBQ stands for Better Binary Quantization, a cutting-edge vector compression technique in Elasticsearch. It is designed to optimize high-dimensional vector searches, which e essential for modern AI and semantic search applications.
It reduces memory requirements by up to 95% and improves search speeds up to 2–5x faster than traditional methods by utilizing efficient bitwise operations. Arkadip will run us through the process.
Arkadip Basu is Principal Engineer at Fin Tech Enterprise, applying AI & Resiliency for business critical services. He has expertise in developing infrastructure that is capable of handling large volume of high frequency transaction across Data Centers and cloud over multiple geographies. He is engaged in pro-Active algorithm building for efficient Op-Ex planning & analysis.
