Phase 1: High-Intensity Fusion
Begin with a guided 60-minute full-body functional training session led by instructor Gellie Jeune.
Expect a dynamic, energising workout designed to activate your entire body and leave you feeling strong and empowered.

Phase 2: Brazilian–Caribbean Rhythms
Move into a 60-minute dance masterclass inspired by Brazilian and Caribbean cultures.
This is an open and expressive space to explore rhythm, flow, and movement—no pressure, just presence, connection, and enjoyment.

Phase 3: The Refuel Social
Ease into a relaxed post-session social designed for connection and community.
