We head from Lub d Bangkok Siam down to Lumphini park, do a lap or two of the park, saying hi to our giant lizard friends & soaking up the beautiful early morning park vibes before making our way back to Lub d, where the Recovery Zone awaits - You can take a plunge in the ice bath to reduce inflammation & muscle soreness and massage out any tightness with our foam rollers🦎🏃‍♂️🌳🌇🥶

It doesn’t matter if you’re a local, an expat, a first time runner or a marathoner, all are welcome — just show up, run together & enjoy the morning😁🙌
