My name is John, and I am a new host in Lubbock. I used to use Meetups in Florida and noticed that moving to Texas, there are no fun Hangout groups here. I want to start small with mostly Free or Cheap activities in the local area. During our Meetups, I am up to discuss future ideas. This group is meant for young adults between 21 and 35, If we do go out drinking, I would need proof of ID if you are in your 20s. This group is meant to make new friends and have a network of people that will grow into bigger events like Stargazing and Camping, maybe a day at the local Lake beach. The first ideas I had are a Dinner and a Movie, and or maybe something as simple as bowling. I hope you join us, since I have a full-time job, most activities will be on the weekends only. While I am not charging a fee to be in this group, any tips for a fun Meetsups is appreciated.
