Let’s get out and spend a day together in nature, socialising and preparing for lucid dreaming that very night!

The idea is to walk in one of the most beautiful parks in London while doing reality checks together throughout our day.
I will tell you about my method of reality checks which works in line with the nature of our minds, so you’ll remember to do them frequently enough – even without any technology or apps!
Combined with a group meditation , we’ll greatly increase the odds of having a lucid dream that very night.

About Richmond park:
The Park has changed little over the centuries and, although it is surrounded by human habitation, the varied landscape of hills, woodland gardens and grasslands set among ancient trees abounds in wildlife. The 5,000 acres of historic parkland provide unparalleled opportunities for walks, picnics and preparations for lucid dreaming.
Bring snacks, drinks and something to sit on.
Come whether you are an experienced lucid dreamer or just a beginner. We'll share useful tips on lucid dreaming along the way.

Plan for the walk:
11am – meeting at Waterloo
11:20 – leaving to Richmond (about 16 mins by train)
11:36 – Walking and admiring the nature
13:00 – lunch break/picnic
14:00 - more walking, connecting and ideas sharing
15:00 – meditation for lucidity, resting
16:00 – Walking some more
17-18:00 – going back
