Foxtrot is a smooth and progressive dance. The music is similar to Swing music but slower, and characterized by long and flowing movements across the dance floor. American style social Foxtrot is more compact and can be danced on smaller dance floors. We will also learn how to expand the movements to fit larger ballroom spaces.

Learn to dance the basic patterns and how to lead or follow. Men will be taught how to use a frame formed by the arms to lead, while women will learn how to respond to the man's frame and thereby learn to follow. For women we will also focus on how to execute balanced and gracefully turns.

Classes will run every Thursday in April at 8 pm.

Join us for an hour of movement and fun.

* Please note - bring a clean pair of shoes to change into and we are a fragrance free studio.

Lots of parking on the premises.
