He manages the entire recruitment process, from the initial kick-off with the hiring manager, sourcing candidates, and working with external agencies to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and finalizing contracts. He also manages his employer’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and works extensively with AI tools and services.
