Founded in April 2002 by Geoff Howland, the Ludum Dare community has been running its brand of Game Jam for more than 17 years. It’s both the longest running, and the largest Online Game Jam in the world.

(🕔 Preliminary: pre-meetup @BishopsArms for food and drinks at 17-ish? 🍻🍔)

🕖 4 Oct, Friday 19:00-23:00: Intro, set up, get to know people, team set up (if possible), test your development pipeline. Will close latest at 23:00, go home and sleep. You will need it!

🕘 5 Oct, Saturday 09:00: doors open at 09:00. The theme will be released Saturday 00:00 (3 hours earlier than before?) but most of us will be at sleep then. Discuss the theme, brainstorm, design and so on. Then start creating! Will close latest at 02:00 (Sunday).

🕘 6 Oct, Sunday 09:00-16:00: doors open at 09:00. Time to think about how to stop coding... Will close latest at 16:00 but if you joined the Jam you still have one more day. Unfortunately most of us have day-time jobs so we have to end. But you can always finish up the last stuff at home. @15:00 Short presentation of the game you/your group created and let everybody test it.
