Luma is a mentorship community for mid-career women ready to move from employment to entrepreneurship. By combining practical tools, expert access, and real-life role models, we demystify the early-stage journey and create space for freedom, purpose, and self-expression. We believe the future of work is personal, purpose-driven and flexible. This isn’t just about building a business. This is about becoming who you're meant to be.
We built Luma for women who are ready for something more aligned. We know what it’s like to follow the path, do everything right, and still feel like something’s missing. To build a career with care and ambition, only to look up and wonder if this is really it.
We’ve been there too.
In this next chapter, success isn’t about fitting into someone else’s version of a good life. It’s about designing work that fits you. Your pace, your values, your vision.
Luma is the space we wish we’d had. A place where women are taken seriously from day one. Where ambition is welcome, clarity is built step by step, and doing your own thing doesn’t mean doing it alone.
