understandings and experiences about developing consciousness and the Ascension process, as well as, individual energy work tailored to assist each on their own path.

We spend approximately 30 minutes of each class meditating and developing a meditative practice in a step-by-step process.

If you already have a practice,
it will only assist you in developing it further.

Consciously you are shaped by your understandings, specifically how you see yourself and the world around you.

Exploring new concepts is an important
part of your conscious development

The class focuses on conscious growth and development
with a strong emphasis on understanding the ascension process and meditation.
