• Guided Visualization for Nervous System Release
  Led by hypnotherapist and Reiki master Jessica Chapin from Bliss Reiki Arts, this session will take you on a soothing inner journey to release stress, enhance emotional balance, and create a sense of safety and grounding.
• Auricular Acupuncture
  Dr. Gabby from Front Porch Acupuncture will provide targeted auricular (ear) acupuncture to complement the visualization practice, stimulating points known to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance relaxation.
