Evening Run in Lumpini Park
Details
Hey runners (and soon-to-be runners)! 👋
Never run before? Been running for years? Fast, slow, Bangkok local, or just visiting — everyone’s welcome to join! 🏃♀️🏃♂️ Let’s hang out, run together, and have some fun!
We usually meet around 5:45 PM at Lumpini Park to warm up for a few minutes, then start running around 6:00 PM, right after the National Anthem. Most people do 2–3 laps at their own pace — no pressure at all. After the run, we sometimes grab dinner or hang out, depending on the group vibe that day.

Getting there: Take BTS Sala Daeng or MRT Silom, exit 1. You’ll see the King Rama VI Statue by Gate 4. Walk into the park through that gate — the little water shop will be on your right. We meet right at the corner next to the shop, near the blue sign opposite the “Chai Phatthana Water Aerator Memorial.”
There are free lockers in the nearby restroom (just bring your own padlock) and showers if you want to freshen up after the run.
See you there! 😄
(Cancelled if it rains)
Feel free to DM me to double-check before coming.
⚠️ Quick reminder: Lumpini Park can get pretty busy in the evenings, so please be mindful of other runners and park users — don’t bump into people! The organizers aren’t responsible for any injuries or damages that might happen during the run.
