Each gathering is intuitively aligned with the current astrological landscape, offering space for deep rest, energetic release, and intentional renewal.
This immersive experience weaves together sound, ritual, and celestial awareness. Each gathering begins with a simple, guided ritual designed to help participants ground, focus intention, and consciously open the energetic space for the sound bath. Through carefully curated frequencies, such as crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the nervous system can soften, the mind can quiet, and stagnant energy can gently move.
Each month carries a unique energetic theme informed by planetary movements, lunar cycles, or seasonal shifts. The opening spell is intentionally accessible and non-complex using breath, spoken intention, and symbolic action so all participants can engage comfortably, regardless of prior experience. Participants are invited to release what no longer serves, set aligned intentions, and reconnect with their inner rhythm in a calm, supportive environment.

No prior experience with meditation, astrology, or sound healing is required. Simply arrive as you are and allow the resonance to meet you where you are.
