Lunge Japanese Yoga -
Lunge Japanese Yoga is a unique practice – a blend of Japanese Yoga in the OKI-do tradition that follows seasonal awareness in daily life to support great health and sense of well-being.

  • Classes take into account our internal body health; the organs, the organ systems (meridians) and how we can best assist them to function optimally physically, and mentally in the world.
  • A sense of health and well-being will be restored and maintained.
  • Sessions build strength, flexibility and internal calmness.
  • Breath awareness.
    + Lunge Japanese Yoga is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach, i.e., you won’t always repeat the same movement and/or sequence each time you come in.
  • Classes are individually designed for the clients that turn up on the day. A very personal approach.
