Join us in the beautiful Parc de Merl for a fun, high-energy Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp!
This event is designed as a fun, interactive, and non-competitive group experience. We will set up a circuit of exercise stations where we work out in small groups, which is a fantastic way to encourage each other, share positive energy, and make new friends.

  • The Workout: A high-energy 45-minute full-body workout combining bodyweight movements, kettlebells, medicine/slam balls, lightweight resistance bands, agility ladders/cones/hurdles, and speed jump ropes (all provided on-site) to improve your strength, coordination, and cardio.
  • Event Fee: €15 (payable online via Meetup).
  • Capacity Limit: Maximum 20 participants (to ensure a friendly, high-quality, and connected group energy).
  • What to bring: Please wear comfortable sports clothes, sports shoes, and bring a water bottle and a small towel/yoga mat if you want to lie on the grass.

Where to meet us:
We will meet on the main grass lawn directly next to the Pavillon du Parc de Merl (the park café). Look for the coach (Paul) on the grass area directly next to the pavilion. We meet and check-in at 10:00, and the workout officially begins at 10:05.
Our classes end with 5 minutes of deep full-body stretching, guided breathing, and a casual chat to ensure you leave the park feeling completely balanced, flexible, and connected!
