We are a community of experienced Agile coaches, practitioners, and enthusiasts dedicated to exploring and sharing knowledge about Scrum, Kanban, and New Work methodologies. Agenda:

• Introduction Round: We'll kick off with a brief introduction round to get to know each other and set the tone for the evening.
• Practical Agility Exercise: Following that, we'll engage in a dynamic and hands-on exercise that highlights the importance of iterative approaches, rapid feedback, and continuous improvement in an agile context. Through this exercise, you'll experience firsthand how teams can collaborate more effectively and continually optimize their processes.
• Peer Case Consultation: In the second part of the evening, we'll focus on your individual topics and challenges. We will be guided by two experienced systemic coaches who will lead us through the process of peer case consultation. This method provides you with the opportunity to address specific questions from your professional daily life in a safe environment. You'll receive valuable insights from other participants and can discover new perspectives and solution approaches. Such a simulation not only promotes mutual learning but also strengthens cohesion and collaboration within teams.

Keynote Presentation: A deep dive into our chosen topic for the evening.
