Idea-workshop for entrepreneurs

Participate in a collaborative workshop on Monday, the 7th of July 2025 at 1 pm, with the goal of simplifying public services in Luxembourg in a people-centered way.
As an entrepreneur, your unique insight into community needs for providing accessible services and effective user experiences will be invaluable. Your perspective and knowledge will help us identify approaches to change to make public services more efficient.
Your contributions and ideas will be further refined in a large public workshop in November, and exemplary solutions will be developed.
Participate and register by the 4th of July 2025! To ensure a constructive exchange, the number of participants is limited. Your registration will be confirmed via a separate email before the event.
To develop concrete changes, we need your opinions, ideas, and suggestions!

1.00 pm: Arrival & getting to know each other
1.15 pm: Art Square Lab: welcome & introduction
1.30 pm: Council of simplification: presentation of the concept of simplification
1.45 pm: How to design public services that meet entrepreneurs needs? Input and group activity
2.30 pm: Networking (including snacks and drinks)
3.00 pm: End of the event
