Participate in a collaborative workshop on Tuesday, the 8th of July 2025 at 6.15 pm, aimed at simplifying public services in Luxembourg.
As citizens, your needs, perceptions, and experiences with public services are incredibly valuable. Your perspectives and knowledge will help us identify approaches to change to make public services more user-friendly and efficient.
Your contributions and ideas will be further refined in a large public workshop in November, and exemplary solutions will be developed.
Participate and register by the 4th of July 2025! To ensure a constructive exchange, the number of participants is limited. Your registration will be confirmed via a separate email before the event.
To develop concrete changes, we need your opinions, ideas, and suggestions!

6.30 pm: Art Square Lab: welcome & introduction
6.45 pm: Council of simplification: presentation of the concept of simplification
7.00 pm: How to design public services that meet citizens' needs? Input and group activity
7.45 pm: Networking (including snacks and drinks)
8.30 pm: End of the event
