Idea-workshop for scientists and academics

Participate in a collaborative workshop on Wednesday, the 9th of July 2025 at 6.15 pm, with the goal of simplifying public services in Luxembourg.
As a scientist or a member of the academic sector (including students), your unique insights and knowledge on service delivery and effective user experiences are invaluable. Your perspective and knowledge will help us identify approaches to change to make public services more user-centric and efficient.
Your contributions and ideas will be further refined in a large public workshop in November, and exemplary solutions will be developed.
Participate and register by the 4th of July 2025! To ensure a constructive exchange, the number of participants is limited. Your registration will be confirmed via a separate email before the event.

6.15 pm: Arrival & getting to know each other
6.30 pm: Art Square Lab: welcome & introduction
6.45 pm: Council of simplification: presentation of the concept of simplification
7.00 pm: How to design public services that meet scientists’ and academics’ needs? Input and group activity
7.45 pm: Networking (including snacks and drinks)
8.30 pm: End of the event
