Business plan, why is it useless and nevertheless indispensable

Cet événement vise à favoriser le lancement de projets d’entreprises en permettant aux équipes fondatrices de se créer, dans une ambiance business mais néanmoins détendue.
Autrement dit, le groupe ambitionne de mettre en relation des entrepreneurs portant un projet de création d'entreprise, avec des personnes sans projet défini mais voulant devenir co-entrepreneurs ou co-fondateurs (des "entrepreneurs wannabe" comme disent les anglophones).

Plus généralement, le groupe "Luxembourg Entrepreneurs & cofounders" souhaite faire bonne place à tous les autres intervenants de l'écosystème de la création d'entreprise au Luxembourg.

C'est ainsi que, pour le premier événement du genre, nous recevrons M. Nicolas FRIES, de la House of Entrepreneurship, pour nous parler de "Business Plan, absolument inutile et pourtant indispensable" (en anglais). Ou encore, pourquoi faut-il quand même rédiger ce document que personne ne va lire ? Peut-on s'en passer ? Si oui, par quoi le remplacer ? Si non, par quoi le compléter ?

Cet événement est ouvert à tous les futurs entrepreneurs, ou même aux simples curieux intéressés par le sujet ou par la création d’entreprise en général. Une inscription gratuite est néanmoins souhaitée, via le présent Meetup.

Après la présentation, aura lieu une session de pitch où chacun qui le désire pourra présenter son projet, soi-même, ses propositions et ses attentes aux autres cofondateurs potentiels.

La soirée se terminera en networking, pour commencer à nouer des contacts peut-être fructueux, en tout cas prometteurs on l'espère.

This event aims at promoting some entreprise projects, by enhancing the matchmaking of the founding teams, in an cool business ambience.
In other words, this groups wants to create relationships between entrepreneurs, bearing a project, and "entrepreneurs wannabe", who don't have a project by themselves but would like to integrate a project in which they would believe.

More generally speaking, this groups wills to make a good place to all the other stakeholders in the business start-up ecosystem in Luxembourg.

Thus, for our first event, we will welcome Nicolas FRIES from Chamber of Commerce and House of Entrepreneurship to speak about "Business plan, why is it useless and nevertheless indispensable". Or, why should I write this boring document that nobody else will ever read ? Can we find an other solution? Replace with what? What to adjoin to it?
(The speech will be held in French or English, according to preferences expressed by the attendees.)

After the speech, will take place a pitch session where you will have 90 seconds to pitch your idea, your project, your skills offer, your expectations to other potential cofounders.

We will end by a networking, to start making contacts maybe fruitful, at least promising, hopefully.
