Women in Entrepreneurship & Technology

Details

Letz celebrate together International Women's Day with local success stories!

This year we will entertain a dialogue with professionals based in Luxembourg who are the protagonists of entrepreneurship and digitalization projects - areas where women's potential still needs to be fully unlocked - and who are active in the promotion of gender equality.

It is estimated that at this pace, it will take more than 60 years to achieve gender equality in the EU. With our roundtable, we intend to discuss current challenges and brainstorm ideas on how people of all genders and origins can equally participate in Luxembourg's and EU economy and society.

Agenda:

  • 18.15: doors open
  • 18.30: roundtable with:
--Marina Andrieu (Executive Director and Co-Founder of WIDE Women In Digital Empowerment, https://wide.lu/)
--Larissa Best (Co-founder of Equilibre, https://www.equilibre.lu/ & Lecturer at University on Gender and Entrepreneurship)
--Sabine Mersch (Founder of TPO - The Privacy Office, https://tpomap.com/)
--Arianna Rossi (Research Associate at SnT, University of Luxembourg)
  • --Charlotte Wirion (Chief Technology Officer of WEO, https://www.weo-water.com/)
