Hello there everyone - hope you enjoyed our holiday weekend - short week - yay!
Following our last event's 'Blessing of the Energy Centres' (BOTEC), we're going to shift our attention to Dr Joe's advice and healing through the importance of restorative sleep. All I can say right now is I hope my sleep's gonna improve now the full moon is on the wane - it shines full-on into my sitting room and it's like the middle of the day, and my sleep pattern gets hopelessly disturbed!
So join me and let's see if meditation improves the quality of our sleep. As usual, you'll receive the Zoom link when you RSVP. Hope you can join me!
As we're getting into longer, and more often sunnier evenings, I hope we'll be able to organise a walking meditation soon.

PS: Just a reminder regarding where you are on your Dr Joe journey: if you are an advanced student (you've attended a weeklong Dr Joe event live), and would like to practise advanced meditations, please message me and let me know when and where you attended your week-long. Dr Joe's guidelines are clear that only advanced students should practise advanced meditations. This week's meditation is for beginners and advanced students.
