Walking Meditation

Details
Hello there everyone - hope you're having a great week!
Following our last event's 'Restorative Sleep' which was such a powerful experience, and the evenings are lighter, we're going to shift our attention to Dr Joe's advice and healing through the benefits of walking meditation. We'll listen to his words of wisdom, then practice a heart and mind walking meditation for around 1 hour.
Planning your walk:
Chose a safe place to walk and take a buddy for safety as light will be fading as we walk. You can, of course practise the meditation just walking around your home or garden.
Here's some tips on walking meditation, although we will be practisin for longer than 10':
In meditation, Dr Joe often refers to the energy centres, so here's the link to the cheat sheet with the energy centres and symbols you might like to place in those centres during practice.
As usual, you'll receive the Zoom link when you RSVP. Hope you can join me!
Looking forward to welcoming you to our gathering on Monday evening,
Isabel
Disclaimer: participants walk at their own risk and be responsible for personal safely - the organiser cannot be held responsible for any adverse events that may occur during the meditation.
PS: Just a reminder regarding where you are on your Dr Joe journey: if you are an advanced student (you've attended a weeklong Dr Joe event live), and would like to practise advanced meditations, please message me and let me know when and where you attended your week-long. Dr Joe's guidelines are clear that only advanced students should practise advanced meditations. This week's meditation is for beginners and advanced students.
