Eat Around the World - Hungary

Hello All,

We will take you to Hungary at this Eat Around the World! Hungarian cuisine is quite famous for it’s delicious and spicy foods, and most of you likely know and eaten already Gulyás, lángos. So we (Hungarian girls living in the Luzern area) decided to show you some other dishes that we have back in Hungary at our homes during family lunches and dinners.

The menu will be the following:

• Újházi tyúkhúsleves (Soup)

• Hortobágyi húsospalacsinta (Starter)

• Székelykáposzta (Main course)

• Somlói galuska (Dessert)

If you are very curious, you can google the meaning or can keep it as a surprise for yourself until the event J! As for the drinks we will start with Palinka to prepare our stomach and later on Hungarian wine will be available.

You do not need to bring anything beside your hungry stomach and good mood, the rest we will take care of! Regarding the price per person, we will need to calculate it after shopping the ingredients, but we will give everything at cost level, so expect a price between 15 – 30CHF, again we can tell it later-on spot.

Hungarian food is built around MEAT, so if you are vegetarian or have food allergie, let us know in advance!

Concrete time of the event will come later.
