Join matwork pilates in the centre of Luzern. The class is aimed at all levels from complete beginners to regular pilates enthusiasts. I have a background in Physiotherapy so I promote small classes that are tailored to Individual needs.Perfect for learning the principles/exercise progressions before joining larger classes.
No equipment/mats needed- just bring yourselves and a towel and be ready to move!
Trial dates available over the summer- only 20chf per class attended!
