Have you ever said to yourself I should start running, but then never went or were just too shy to do it, or didn't wanna do it alone?

Well this event is here exactly for that, lets just get up, get moving and keep each other accountable.

The goal is not speed or number of KM, rather then a healthy routine of moving first thing in morning and just get into habit of running-moving.

Running distance:3-5km
Running speed: 6-7min per KM
Running time 20-40min
What to wear: running gear depending on the weather

We will run 3-5km depending on the group mood. But no more then 5km.
Easy tempo perfect for beginners or runners that are not in rush ;)

Event will take a place as long there is at least two people signed in.
Please only sign in if you really commit to showing up.

We will meet us at the corner of Neubad and from there we will do short run in the Allmend area.
