The Las Vegas Women’s Book Club is the perfect opportunity for women to make new connections, discuss great reads, and engage in their favorite hobby.
We read one book per month (voted on by members!) with an accompanying virtual discussion meeting happening the last Thursday of every month at 5:15 pm PST. There will also be occasional (optional) in-person meet ups too for those in the Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada area!
We use BookClubs to manage book voting -- BookClubs is an online management tool for book clubs across the U.S. that allows members to vote for upcoming books, chat with one another, and receive updated notifications for club meetings. If you would like to vote on the book of the month, as well as receive updates and notifications, you will need to download the BookClubs app (available on IOS and Android) and add our club using this invitation link to join us! We will announce the book on MeetUp as well as the BookClubs app for each month once we have picked it.

Meeting time: Every last Thursday of the month at 5:15 pm PST (one meeting per month).
Meeting type: virtual video meeting (camera-on optional).
Book: one book per month, fictional or non-fiction, voted on by members.
In person meetup: in-person events and meet-up opportunities occasionally arise for members to attend. These events/meetings are designed for socializing and are announced as they come.
Perfect for: women of all backgrounds and ages in the Las Vegas and Henderson area looking for book discussions, as well as a community and social group.
Materials:
- Book is not included, you will need to obtain a copy of the book on your own, this can be done through the library or by purchasing through a book store.
- BookClubs app downloaded onto mobile device. There is no charge or fee associated with the application.
