Bom dia 🌿🌼
We start with a 15 min guided meditation in nature to arrive in the here and now 🧘🏼♀️🍃
Afterwards we will enjoy a nice nature bath (1h 15min), in which I guide you through some specific mindfulness exercises for being in nature based on a mix of Shinrin Yoku 🌳 and Thich Nhat Hanh. 🪷
To close the session we have anothor meditation for 15 min. 🧘🏼♀️🍃
We will sit on the ground (earth) during the meditation. So please bring a little towel or something to sit on.
We walk and meditate in the evening sun (golden hour) ☀️
