Hike the Appalachian Trailstarting at Boblett's Gap going south to Harvey's Knob

Join us for a hike on the Appalachian Trail starting at Boblett's Gap parking area, mile 93.1 on Blue Ridge Parkway. We'll hike south to Harvey's Knob Overlook then return to Boblett's Gap. Total hike will be just over 5 miles. This is a roots and rocks trail. Please wear proper hiking footwear, bring water, snacks, bug spray. After we can go to Peaks of Otter Lodge for lunch, please sign up for lunch at separate Meetup Event posted on Lynchburg 50+ Meetup site. Parking is limited at Boblett's so please carpool if you can.
