Lynchburg REIA is to develop, support and promote local real estate investing through networking, education, leadership. We promote professionalism, ethics, and standards of excellence in our industry.
We seek to provide: A forum for marketing investment properties and related products or services. Provide encouragement, moral support and collective experience to those in need. Guidance to creating multiple streams of income. Have a multiple disciplines represented, including but not limited to: Investors, agents, contractors, PMLs, financial advisors, attorneys , architects, and mortgage advisors/lenders.
We have weekly breakfast meetings at 7:30am at the Panera Bread on Old Forrest Road.
We also do one monthly meeting at Ledo Pizza the second Monday of every month at 6pm.

Dan Kramer is a seasoned attorney, entrepreneur, and founder of Allixir Settlement Solutions, a legal-first title and escrow company based in Central Virginia. With over a decade and a half of experience practicing law at the intersection of business, finance, and innovation, Dan has advised startups, private equity groups, real estate investors, and C-suite executives across multiple industries—including tech companies, consumer goods, cannabis, healthcare, and government. His work has ranged from early-stage contract structuring to multimillion-dollar transactions and crisis litigation.
What sets Allixir apart is Dan’s commitment to designing a modern, human-centered title experience from the ground up. All closings are attorney-driven, communication is fast and transparent, and the tools in place—from mobile escrow to extended hours—are built to serve the real needs of agents, bankers, and investors, not just the industry status quo.
Originally from Colorado, Dan now lives in Lynchburg with his wife Lauren, their daughter Opal, and stepson Cruz. He launched Allixir with a long-term vision to raise the standard of service and access in both settlement and legal services—and he’s excited to begin that journey here.
Dan will be joining us on May 12th to share a brief overview of Allixir, explain how it’s already serving members in this group, and explore opportunities for future collaboration.
