7pm-8pm: Title Capture with Dan and Lauren Kramer

Dan and Lauren Kramer are speaking Monday night and will be speaking about their services and doing a live demonstration of Title Capture.
Title capture is a great way to estimate closing costs for buyers and sellers. You can add or take away any cost you know is included or not. Transfer taxes and recording costs are added in accurately. You can do a multiple offer seller net sheet as well.
Lauren will talk about their new Transaction Coordinator services that have and what benefits it offers and Dan will also be speaking about the changes coming for landlords with 5 or more properties
If time permits he may even do some Q&A. He’s an attorney with entity set up experience, fixing your entity that isn’t doing what you want and so many other things.

How to find the group
The group meets in the meeting rooms that are to the right as you walk in the door. If you can't find us please ask a member of the excellent staff and they can direct you to our location. Sometimes we get both of the two adjoining rooms but other times we only get one depending on group turn out.
