Joel Forrester is the composer of more than 1,600 pieces, a versatile and accomplished jazz pianist, leader of his own quintet and prolific artist. It has performed in an amazing diversity of contexts - from the great ensembles to the duet with a tap dancer! His game is inspired by stride, boogie-woogie, bebop, trance and what he likes to call "living room pieces", but each composition bears the mark of this unique artist.
