Summer Training and Conditioning

The winter is wrapping up but our stoke doesn't have to! Come join us for some on going training using trampolines, practice boards, and jib blocks to keep our muscles ready and willing to progress as soon as the snow returns.
We will be meeting bi-weekly at PowerPlay in Brooklyn. Using the trampoline to practice grabs, spins, and flips. Also the jib board and blocks to learn grind positions and work out our muscles to be able to hold them.
You don't have to be a freestyle snowboarder or even a snowboarder to enjoy and get a good work out in this class! We provide all the equipment you just need some comfy gym cloths and a good attitude for shredding. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
