🌙 What Happens in a Session?

1. Arrival (10–15 min)

2. Prompt Drop (5 min)
   A simple theme like:
   • “What feels heavy?”
   • “Draw your inner weather.”
   • “Write a letter you’ll never send.”
   • “Sketch a memory in fragments.”
   If you love to draws feel free to draw and if you love to write just write ,there is no rules pressure at this sessions everybody is free to do anything as long to make you feel relaxed and slow down
   you dont' need to share your stories if you don't want to we just chill do the thing we loves :)
