Session: Over the last year we've all had to adapt to communicating online, but there's always scope for improvement. This talk will pass on what I have learned from repeatedly obsessing over every detail of pitching and public speaking virtually.

• Why the right camera, lighting microphone are important
• Simple things you can do to improve your online presence
• How OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) and other software can help
• Advanced techniques - multiple camera, mobiles, multiple devices

They'll be plenty of actionable insights you can try to in your next video call. And, inevitably when we come to something as personal as your "personal brand image", other people will have their own opinions on things like the headsets vs. external mics and if blurred background are more distracting that the thing you are trying to hide.
