Kay has been working with data and in love with data since 2008. He is passionate about SQL Server, Azure, Data Visualization and Power BI. Besides T-SQL, DAX, he likes to program in PowerShell and Python with which he loves to automatize everything around Business Intelligence. Kay is the founder and leader of Data TGIF, an online user group that focuses on SQL Server, Azure and Power BI. He engages in various community projects and blogs on kayondata.com
He lives in Zurich, Switzerland and holds a CAS in Machine Learning and a CAS in Customer Intelligence, currently studying for CAS Applied Data Analytics. In his free time, he travels together with his wife through the world to discover new perspectives and cultures. Besides English, he speaks German (native), a bit French and a bit Indonesian.
