Abstract: You don't let M365 Copilot fly without doing your due diligence. Data readiness is key, and we'll discuss some of the tools you can include in your plan to rollout and manage M365 Copilot deployment, including Restricted Search, SharePoint Advanced Management, Purview and even M365 Copilot Chat. And no, Copilot doesn't use your data to train AI.
Bio: I decode Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Copilot for the modern workplace, leveraging my experiences with Agile development and DevOps. After 20+ years of consulting in the Microsoft space for Fortune 1000, Government and non-profits, I provide independent analysis of its technologies for Directions on Microsoft and its members. As an MCT Community Lead, I strive to support fellow Microsoft Certified Trainers and improve the program. Locally I'm a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, staying connected and informed across Security, AI, Datacenters, GovCon and Space topics and initiatives in the region.
