• Mr. Tang holds an MA of Finance from Columbia University, MA of Computer Science from University of Bridgeport and Bachelor of Economics from Xiamen University.

• Mr. Tang has years of Experience in financial advisory and fund management in Wall Street and Shanghai. He maintains close relationships with hundreds of domestic and international funds and advisory firms.

• Before CPY, Mr. Tang co-founded Apex Capital (advisory firm in Shanghai) and successfully advised multiple companies in VC/PE financing and M&A deals. Examples: Jiawei Solar (listed in 2012 in A share), 51.com, Alltech Medical, Tongxin Auto, Lepro Seva, Shangpin Furniture, TongJie Automobile design, Qingdao Wuxiao wind energy, Zhenxin Solar, Wolvo medical, Zen gaming,etc. Mr. Tang raised more than $320 Million for these companies. He also made direct PE investments of $30 Million USD across multiple projects.
