I’m a 3rd-year student of Dance and Movement Therapy, and working with the body. Learning to listen to it has brought profound transformation to many areas of my life.
The body knows what it needs.
When we learn to truly listen, something shifts gently, deeply, honestly.
If you feel ready to meet yourself, to step out of the busy mind and into the wisdom of your body, I warmly invite you to join this somatic experience.
Through mindful movement, we will explore what wants to be felt, what wants to be released, or expressed.
Maybe it’s a moment of softness.
Maybe it’s letting go.
Maybe it’s simply being present with what is.
Let’s move together gently, consciously, and with curiosity.
No previous experience is needed just come as you are.
Your body already knows.
Please bring your yoga mat and some water.
After the movement session, we will take a moment to pause and reflect on the experience.
There will be space for whatever you feel called to do writing, drawing, simply being, or meditating.
You are welcome to bring any personal items that support your process.
