Creative Gathering: Dance, Art & Meditation

Let’s come together for an inspiring afternoon of connection and creativity! 🌿 We’ll move, draw, and meditate to reconnect with our bodies and express what’s inside.

We begin at 13:00 with a sharing circle, followed by Dance & Movement Therapy inspired practices. Afterwards, you’ll have space to draw or write about your experience, share with the group, and enjoy some surprises along the way.
