Managing screen time

Details
I think we have enough information and studies by now to know that too much screen time - and even a little at the wrong time - is bad for our mental and physical health.
Doom scrolling, bad sleep hygiene, disconnection from real people around us - so let’s talk about what we can do to better manage our screen time (mobiles, games, etc) instead of letting screens manage us.
- How have you wasted time on screens without realising it until later? What detrimental effect has it had on you?
- How did you learn to optimize/ reduce your screen time? What tips and tricks can you share?
- What aspects of screen time are you still struggling with?
Important:
This meetup is for discussing how we have grown in these areas and how we still want to grow - it is NOT group therapy support, and it is NOT the place to vent about your challenges.
It is a place for reflection and constructive story-sharing so we can learn from each and support each other in further personal growth.
The focus is sharing our perspectives and experiences, getting inspired, and identifying small actionable steps to move forward in our personal development.
Something obvious for you may not be obvious for someone else, so everyone's story has the potential to make a positive impact :)
