  • Complete a small group training session with 3-6 people (learn more about our small group training here!).

More Details:

  • The group will be 3-6 people with 1 coach (Coach Souhail).
  • The workout lasts 60 minutes.
  • All fitness levels are welcome! Since this is group training (not a class), the workouts can be tailored to your experience level.
  • Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in.
  • Arrive a few minutes early to sign the fitness waiver and get acquainted with the space.
