Breathwork experience

Details
Bob and I are excited to be meeting this Oct 4th 8am to 6pm. Some of you are new to what this experience will be. We know this might create some anxiety!
We encourage you to keep an open mind about the Breathwork process. This is an experience that allows you to go within your own personal journey and perhaps have new insight into who and what you are about. We are all on a journey in this lifetime. This experience may lead to healing some of your emotional wounds. Some see Breathwork as a way to connect with a deeper sense of self and the spiritual realm.
Your breath brings oxygen into your body so that you can thrive. When you are physically or emotionally stressed, it affects how you breathe. Breathwork helps to calm your stress and bring balance to your body. So, how does it work, and what are breathwork techniques?
Breathwork is a deep breathing technique, aims to induce an altered state of consciousness to facilitate self-exploration, emotional release, and potentially mental and spiritual healing, often used to address past traumas and improve mental health conditions.
The day is spent first coming together, completing a meditation, then a check in by each participant. Bob and I then offer a teaching component to learn about how Breathwork was developed. The group partners up with another person. There is a 2-hour experience in the morning and then in the afternoon. At the end of the “Breathwork” experience, there is a Mandala that is created that represents one’s experience in an art form. We break for lunch and after the second 2-hour experience we conclude with time to process each person’s experience. Please feel free to ask us questions.
