MLAI May Meetup — ZenDesk Team

Hey all! Apologies for the change of date, in order to obtain an appropriate venue. We hope you can still make it!

The team @ ZenDesk have been developing some very cool machine learning products with TensorFlow including Automatic Answers, which uses machine learning to interpret user questions and responds with relevant knowledge base articles.

When a customer has a question, complaint or enquiry they submit their request online - once received, Automatic Answers analyses the request and suggests relevant articles to best assist with the customer’s request via email.

Soon-Ee and Wai from ZenDesk will be speaking to us about this cool product, so come along and hear all about it, as well as mingling with some rad MLAI folk and making some cool connections!
