Stories and lessons learned from developing LLM applications

Modulai has done a lot of LLM projects over the last couple of years, from agentic RAGs to chatbots, customer service agents, and research assistants. In this talk, Josef Lindman Hörnlund will share lessons learned and hands-on technical tips and discuss the current state of language models from an applied engineer's perspective. Expect code, charts, and insight into whether LLMs are good enough to be relied on in production. The focus will be on RAG and agents.
