DAM: Quality Matters
Details
Registration required!
What if we could predict where effort is wasted, automate repetitive work and improve service quality at the same time? In this session, I will show how we use historical service data to continuously improve our IT services.
I will take you through the complete journey: from understanding our business and services, collecting and visualizing the data, through analytics and AI-based insights identifying improvement opportunities, to translating those findings into operational decisions.
The goal is to find the right balance between automation, cost efficiency, service quality and human expertise — allowing our professionals to spend more time on meaningful, higher-value work while helping us deliver better and more consistent services to our customers. You will also see who is behind the initiative, how different experts work together and where we want to take it next.
SPEAKER:
Robert Kostka
Robert has spent more than 20 years working with data, analytics and technology, from building data and analytics solutions to leading international teams and exploring how AI can solve real business problems. Today, at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, he works at the intersection of data platforms, analytics, automation and AI, leading international teams and initiatives. Robert started his career as a hands-on data and analytics consultant at companies that were among the leading players in the analytics market at the time. From there, his journey took him through delivery and team leadership, building and running a consulting business, and eventually into international leadership roles at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions. That journey shaped his people-first approach to leadership, give people ownership, help them grow, build strong teams and create an environment where talented people can do their best work.
