Line-up
Talk 1: Jakub Zavrel (Zeta Alpha) & Robbert van Vlijmen (AIgents/ LearnEngine.com) talk about how they used Large Language Models to develop an AI-powered tutor named Travis. Travis can explain, simplify, give examples and answer questions about 120 thousands learning resources using the Large Language Models of OpenAI. Jakub will talk about the technical background of the project (Transformers, LLM, Prompt Engineering) and Robbert will show Travis live in action.
Talk 2: Marijn Vonk (Syntho): 'The Power of AI Generated Synthetic Data'. A hands-on session featuring demos and an in-depth analysis of synthetic data accuracy versus real data. Big data is the promise for innovation. However, now in 2023, only part of this promise is realized due to strict privacy regulations. This sessions deep-dives into how organizations could outsmart the competition with AI Generated Synthetic Data to unlock privacy sensitive data.
Talk 3: Hesling Reidinga (Wolfgang Project) & Wout Arets: 'A Symphony of Bytes and Beats' - a mesmerizing duet where AI-driven spoken word meets human drumbeats. Hesling Reidinga and percussionist Wout Arets give a short performance and talk about their process, exploring the delicate balance of creativity and control. For what reasons do they use this new technology and in what practical ways. They will give insight into the interesting intersection of human creativity and the role of AI in the outcome of their work. Where do they give the AI freedom and how do they keep control of their creative process?
