Agents are simpler than they look and harder than they seem. This talk walks through what it actually takes to build agents that work in production — from the structure of the agent loop, to picking (and sometimes removing) a framework, to the prompting and tooling decisions that determine whether your agent is useful or unpredictable. Every concept comes from real decisions made building a production agentic system.
