HOP (Not International) is a great family-owned restaurant that has the best pancakes in town and variety of Eggs Benedicts plus a full classic breakfast / lunch / dinner Coney Island menu. My favorite is the Eggs Benedict with potato pancakes, but it is hard to resist the pancakes, so I sometimes add a side stack with blueberry sauce.
